We are looking for a highly organised and detail focused Import & Export Assistant to support our international trade operations across Great Britain Northern Ireland and Ireland.
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Managing import clearance instructions for all transport modes across GB ROI and NI ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Overseeing daily parts shipments to ROI & NI working closely with supply chain teams and completing TSS declarations.
Supporting readiness for upcoming Windsor Framework changes.
Checking all import/export documentation and validating codes and costs with customs brokers.
Downloading and processing weekly deferment statements and preparing monthly duty summaries.
Monitoring the import/export inbox and handling daily operational queries.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Handson experience in a global/international company with CDS import/export declarations including data elements and codes.
Level 3 Certificate in Customs Compliance (UK) required Understanding of ROIs AIS & AES systems.
Knowledge of tariff classification valuation FTAs T1 Transit & tariff preference.
Strong grasp of international trade compliance logistics and endtoend supply chain operations.
Familiarity with EAR/ITAR and AEOC criteria is advantageous.
