Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing import clearance instructions for all transport modes across GB ROI and NI ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Overseeing daily parts shipments to ROI & NI working closely with supply chain teams and completing TSS declarations.

• Supporting readiness for upcoming Windsor Framework changes.

• Checking all import/export documentation and validating codes and costs with customs brokers.

• Downloading and processing weekly deferment statements and preparing monthly duty summaries.

• Monitoring the import/export inbox and handling daily operational queries.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Handson experience in a global/international company with CDS import/export declarations including data elements and codes.

• Level 3 Certificate in Customs Compliance (UK) required Understanding of ROIs AIS & AES systems.

• Knowledge of tariff classification valuation FTAs T1 Transit & tariff preference.

• Strong grasp of international trade compliance logistics and endtoend supply chain operations.

• Familiarity with EAR/ITAR and AEOC criteria is advantageous.

• Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Experience with Ricardo Duty Management System and SAP/DBS (desirable).
