The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to become part of a stable well-coordinated care environment for a long-term clients that require high-intensity support and care.

As a support worker with Montessori Care youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality in-home support to a NDIS participant with high physical care needs. This role involves a combination of personal care emotional support and domestic assistance with a focus on maintaining the dignity safety and wellbeing of the client.

What Were Looking For:

Must have NSW Drivers Licence and own vehicle with insurance
Essential checks: NDIS Worker Screening WWCC Police Check First Aid & CPR
Manual Handling and Behaviour Support training highly regarded

Able to perform the following duties:

Complex bowel care (including enemas/suppositories if delegated)
Urinary catheter care (IDC/SPC care only not insertion)
PEG/PEJ feeding support (administer feeds flushes hygiene)
Suctioning (oral/nasal)
Tracheostomy awareness (care/observation not tube changes)
Pressure care/skin integrity monitoring
Epilepsy/seizure response
Respiratory support awareness
Medication assistance
