Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with respiratory conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Perform diagnostic procedures including bronchoscopy
- Collaborate with other medical specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families about respiratory health and disease management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay current with advancements in pulmonology practices and treatments
- Participate in case discussions and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board certification in Pulmonology
- Associate level experience in a clinical setting
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Setting: Outpatient
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p or 9a-6p
Minimal call
Average Daily Census: 20-30 patients
Support Staff: 2 NPs RTs LCSWs LPNs and MAs
Must be board-certified
