Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Merchandising Intern in Jaipur where youll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and enhance your skills within a vibrant retail environment. As a Merchandising Intern you will play a key role in assisting our team in various functions that contribute to the overall success of our product offerings and brand presence.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Support the team in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform inventory decisions.
- Participate in the preparation of visual merchandising layouts for the retail space.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms including social media management.
- Help manage stock levels and assist with inventory audits.
- Engage in competitive analysis to maintain a pulse on industry standards and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of promotional displays and signage.
- Provide support during merchandise set-up and organization of promotional events.
- Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Marketing Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for retail and merchandising.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresher to Below Average Experience required
- Internship Period of 3 months
- Stipend: 5-15k
