The Opportunity

Werelooking for a drivenSales Coordinatorto join our team and play a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team inBroken Hillby delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our regional markets across our broadcast TV and digital channels.

In this roleyoullwork closely with the broader sales team andwillreport directly to the SalesManagerinBroken Hill NSW.Youlljoin adynamic environment whereyoullinteract with key clients and stakeholderssupportingthe smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.

Please note that thispositionis a fixed term contract until January 2027.

Whatyoulldo:

  • Processing and managing advertising bookings.
  • Assistingin the preparation of advertising proposals.
  • Accuratelymaintainingclient and revenue records.
  • Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
  • Providing administrative support to theSales team.

Whatyoullbring:

You are an organised detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment andwhois ready to growacareer in have:

  • Proven customer-facing experience (e.g. retail sales customer service hospitality marketingetc).
  • A good working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office particularly Word and Excel and strong data entry skills.
  • Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills.
  • Strongtime management skillsand the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A positive work ethic anda strong teamfocus.
  • A genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.
