Join us in our Retail Leader Pathway Role where youll gain the operational foundations and leadership capability needed to eventually run a store of your own. This full-time role gives you handson experience in all aspects of store performance with the support of a Store Manager who will coach you every step of the way.

Your impact in store

• Lead daytoday store operations and customer service
• Support inventory merchandising and store presentation
• Maintain high levels of safety and food safety
• Help drive store performance and implement promotions
• Step up in the absence of the Store Manager

Your experience and mindset

• Retail or hospitality experience
• A passion for leading and supporting teams
• Strong communication and a proactive mindset
• The desire to take the next step into leadership

• $29.51/hour 12% super penalties
• Paid training including Food Safety Certificate
