Role Summary
The Business Operations Manager will serve as the key architect in turning strategic partnerships and governmental visions into operational reality. This role requires an exceptional leader with deep experience in global project orchestration multi-stakeholder alignment and systematic execution across large-scale cross-sector initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the operational frameworks that ensure precision efficiency and measurable impact across our portfolio of international projects.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Orchestration

• Lead end-to-end operational planning and execution for high-value cross-sector projects (Real Estate Healthcare Technology Energy Government Infrastructure).
  

• Translate strategic partnership agreements and governmental memoranda into detailed actionable operational plans ensuring alignment with both global standards and local priorities.
  

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and governance structures to track project delivery against strategic objectives.
  

• Design standardize and scale global operational processes systems and workflows to ensure consistency efficiency and risk mitigation across 12 countries.
  

• Implement data-driven methodologies and tools to enhance decision-making resource allocation and operational transparency.
  

• Continuously optimize operational frameworks to support the firms growth across 25 sectors.
  

• Act as the primary operational liaison for strategic alliances with world-renowned companies ensuring seamless integration of joint capital expertise and operational teams.
  

• Develop and manage collaborative frameworks that align multi-stakeholder interests (private joint venture governmental) throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Facilitate cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration to drive unified project execution.
  

• Operationally support the development and rollout of projects tied to sovereign visions (e.g. food security smart cities cybersecurity national healthcare systems).
  

• Ensure all operational activities comply with local regulations contribute to sustainable development goals and fulfill governmental partnership agreements.
  

• Engage with public sector stakeholders to align project execution with national development plans.
  

• Direct mentor and align international project teams and operations staff across multiple regions.
  

• Foster a culture of excellence accountability and innovation within the global operations function.
  

• Optimize the deployment of human and technical resources to maximize project outcomes.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
  

• An advanced degree (MBA MSc or similar) in Strategic Management Global Operations or Business Leadership is highly desirable.
  

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior global operations strategic program management or management consulting role with at least 5 years in a director-level or equivalent position.
  

• Proven track record in designing and managing the operational delivery of large-scale complex projects (capex >$100M) across multiple international markets.
  

• Demonstrated experience in navigating multi-stakeholder environments including joint ventures public-private partnerships (PPPs) and cross-sector collaborations.
  

• Direct professional experience working in or with entities in the Middle East Africa Asia is required.
  

• Background in one or more of our core sectors: Infrastructure/Real Estate Healthcare Systems Technology Implementation Energy/Oil & Gas or Government Projects.
  

• A strong and observant administrator an expert in artificial intelligence technology and experienced in reading contracts from engineering legal and administrative perspectives.
  

• Exceptional strategic and systems thinking with the ability to design and implement scalable global operations frameworks.
  

• Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in modern operational and project management tools.
  

• Outstanding leadership communication and executive presenceable to influence C-suite leaders government officials and international partners.
  

• High adaptability to work across diverse cultures regulatory environments and geopolitical contexts.
