Job Summary
Location:
Inside and outside the dealership (sales floor showroom entrance lot as needed)
Shift 1
Mondays & Tuesdays
9a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Shift 2
Mondays & Tuesdays
2:30 - 8 p.m.
Shift 3
Wednesdays Thursdays & Fridays
5 - 8 p.m.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly as they arrive on the sales floor or lot
- Notify salespeople and sales managers that customers are waiting
- Use phone and text messaging to communicate customer arrivals and needs
- Direct customers appropriately and ensure they are acknowledged quickly
- Maintain a friendly professional first impression for the dealership
Requirements:
- Comfortable using a smartphone for calls and texting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to be on feet and move between indoor and outdoor areas
- Reliable punctual and professional appearance
