Southland Organics is hiring an Online Chat Support Representative to support our growing Environmental Services this role youll assist customers through live chat by answering questions providing product information and ensuring a positive professional customer experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy written communication customer interaction and working with a mission-driven company focused on sustainability and responsible environmental practices.

Pay per hour: $30 - $34

What Youll Do

Respond to customer inquiries through live online chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear information about Southland Organics products and services
Assist with general questions order-related inquiries and service details
Document customer interactions accurately and escalate issues when needed
Maintain a friendly helpful tone that reflects our company values

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)
Previous experience in customer service chat support or a related role preferred
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
Comfort using chat platforms basic CRM tools and standard computer applications
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
