Contributes to the overall success of Global Wealth Management Technology by driving technology optimization workforce analytics resource management and employee engagement initiatives. This role enables data-driven decision-making through dashboard development technology and workforce data management contract analysis and cross-functional collaboration with Finance Procurement Talent Acquisition and Technology leadership. The analyst identifies opportunities for operational efficiency and provides actionable recommendations.

Is this role right for you In this role you will:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into workforce analytics technology utilization financials and contract oversight.
  • Monitor and track onboarding offboarding and internal transitions to support workforce planning and reporting.
  • Review and analyze technology-related contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support contract negotiations renewals hiring pipeline and budget alignment.
  • Support internal audits compliance and workforce optimization initiatives through accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Execute ad hoc queries and generate insights to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear concise manner.
  • Contribute to a positive inclusive and high-performance team culture through targeted engagement activities and professional development opportunities.

  • 35 years of experience in technology strategy workforce analytics operations or process optimization within a banking technology or financial services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel; demonstrated experience in data visualization dashboard development and translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information and provide clear recommendations.
  • High business acumen including the ability to understand analyze and interpret technology-related contracts and financial documents.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders including Finance Procurement Talent Acquisition Technology leadership and business teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate confidently and clearly in meetings on conference calls and via email with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong sense of ownership accountability and initiative in driving technology optimization and operational improvements.
  • Experience in event planning employee engagement process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives is considered an asset.
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence machine learning or automation technologies is considered an asset.
