Job Purpose and Impact
The Orientation Facilitator will provide moderately complex varied to routine administrative and clerical support for onboarding this role you will coordinate and administrate new hire orientation activities payroll and HR duties.
Key Accountabilities
- Apply knowledge of department operations and infrastructure policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.
- Verify the completion of new hire required documentation.
- Facilitate orientation for all new hire employees.
- Solicit collect and organize documentation and data performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.
- Receive and relay messages from new hires and respond to varied and routine administrative requests related to onbaording.
- Handle moderately complex clerical administrative technical or customer support issues under general supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with orientation and/or training implementation
- Proficient with UKG system or similar.
- Bilingual written and verbal communication in Spanish/English

The expected salary for this position is $24.31- $29.05 per hour. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
