Were currently looking for an ECH Operator at our Birmingham Rial Freight Terminal Depot.
The successful applicant will load and unload the empty containers in our busy container depot serving road vehicles and internal repair operation. On a rolling three-week shift pattern of Monday to Friday earlies days and lates.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Comply with all company health and safety policies
- Unload and load containers to HGVs in line with business requirements
- Ensure containers are stacked safely and appropriately
- Ensure containers are loaded to repair bays reefer lines and wash area quickly and efficiently to meet customer demand
- Estimating of damaged containers may be required at times
What were looking for:
- Experience in similar role desirable but not essential
- Must be able to work under pressure on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Excellent team player
- Flexible attitude to an often-demanding role
- Forklift Certification (Required)
