The Wolt team is on a mission to make Wolt the best membership program in quick commerce scaling from where we are today to millions of members across 30 markets in Europe and Asia. As part of our Global Marketing team youll play a critical role in one of our key growth levers: strategic partnerships.

Were looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategies for ourmost exciting partnership opportunities globally. Youll work closely with our Global WoltProgram Management team to design and launch partnerships with payment providers telcosretail brands and entertainment platforms - creating bundled offers and joint marketingcampaigns that deliver value to millions of members while driving subscriber growth.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role where youll build partnership frameworks from theground up negotiate co-marketing investments and scale successful programs across diversemarkets with varying competitive dynamics. What youll be doing

Day-to-day in this role youll:

  • Lead end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for Wolt partnership launches globally from initial concept through post-launch optimization coordinating across Product Commercial Legal and Country Marketing teams to ensure successful rollouts across 30 markets
  • Design and negotiate joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners that drive measurable subscriber growth securing partner co-marketing budgets while maintaining our unit economics targets and protecting the member experience
  • Build scalable partnership marketing frameworks playbooks and measurement approaches that can be deployed across markets with appropriate localization establishing Wolt as a preferred partnership platform for major brands
  • Own the partnership marketing calendar and performance metrics tracking incremental subscriber growth retention lift CAC improvement and partner-attributed revenue while continuously optimizing based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with Country Marketing teams to adapt global partnership strategies to local market conditions competitive dynamics and regulatory requirements while maintaining consistency in member experience and brand positioning
  • Identify and prioritize new partnership opportunities through market analysis competitive research and business case development building a robust pipeline of growth-driving partnerships aligned with Wolt strategic priorities

Our humble expectations

  • 5-7 years of experience in partnership marketing subscription growth or strategic partnerships within tech e-commerce or marketplace companies with proven track record of launching partnerships that drove measurable business outcomes (subscriber growth revenue engagement)
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience negotiating partnership terms and co-marketing agreements comfortable balancing creative marketing thinking with business metrics like CAC LTV retention and unit economics
  • Data-driven decision maker who uses analytics to measure incrementality optimize performance and build business cases - experience with A/B testing attribution modeling or marketing mix analysis is highly valued
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority successfully driving complex projects across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Experience working across multiple markets or geographies and adapting strategies for local contexts while maintaining global consistency - European market experience is a strong plus as is familiarity with subscription business models
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can build programs from the ground up with strong project management capabilities to juggle multiple partnership launches simultaneously while maintaining high quality execution
