Key Responsibilities
Assist in drainage and stormwater design for roads subdivisions commercial developments and flood control projects.
Prepare drainage layouts profiles details and quantity take-offs.
Perform basic hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for canals culverts pipelines and storm drains.
Review shop drawings design submissions and as-built plans.
Conduct site inspections
Ensure compliance with DPWH standards (Blue Book) for government projects and approved specifications for private developments.
Coordinate with other disciplines (road structural utilities environmental).
Assist in resolving site drainage and flooding issues.
Prepare technical reports inspection reports and documentation for clients and authorities.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
PRC Licensed Civil Engineer required
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 5 years of relevant experience in drainage infrastructure or land development projects.
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D is an advantage).
Basic understanding of drainage stormwater and flood control principles.
Familiarity with DPWH standards and local codes; exposure to private developer standards is an advantage.
Knowledge of hydrology/hydraulic tools (HEC-HMS HEC-RAS SWMM) is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret plans drawings and specifications.

Ability to work in both office and site environments.
Time management and attention to detail.
