Job Description:

Responsible for performing a variety of tasks including inspection and material handling.
Prior to shipment to L3Harris customers inspections/audits are performed on L3Harris manufactured product and OEM purchased parts to insure compliance to Sale Order requirements.
Inspector will be required to verify quantity and accuracy of Sales Order Line Item components against the Bill of Material structures.
Inspection results are documented electronically so computer proficiency is necessary.
Material handling involves unpacking and re-packaging inspected material; this will include working with shipping containers pallet jacks and box tape machines.
Personnel are required to routinely lift 25 lbs.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) experience desired
Knowledge and usage of AGILE preferred
Numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and email platforms

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role inNew York state is $18.30-$33.65. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
