Field Service Engineer / Field Service Technician
Direct Hire Opportunity High-Tech International Manufacturer
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer or Field Service Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a global high-tech company delivering advanced laser technology solutions to the Automotive Aerospace Medical and Scientific Research industries.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $32$45/hour (based on experience)
Overtime & Per Diem Available

Relocation Package: $10000$15000 for qualified candidates which includes:
48 weeks of apartment or extended-stay housing

Key Responsibilities
Support customers across North America as part of the technical service team
Install maintain troubleshoot and repair company equipment to high-quality standards
Perform basic retrofits and software installations
Provide customer training on equipment operation and maintenance
Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Work independently to resolve technical issues while maintaining strong customer relationships
Participate in an initial 56 month training program with ongoing training on new and existing products
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
Associate degree (2-year) in Engineering or a related technical field preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience
Strong electrical and computer systems knowledge with advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Prior experience with robotics lasers automation systems or mechatronics required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
Travel Requirements
100% travel within North America to support customer sites and possible international
Occasional overnight stays required
Valid drivers license required
Ability to obtain a U.S. passport
Must be able to rent automobiles
