Position Title: Box Build Assembler

Job Summary:
The Box-build Assembler position involves assembling electronic and mechanical components into final products. Responsibilities include following detailed instructions and drawings ensuring all products meet quality standards and completing work on schedule. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and electrical components into final enclosures or units per work orders and assembly drawings.
Perform tasks including but not limited to: routing and securing cables installing subassemblies attaching hardware and applying labels.
Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) assembly instructions and safety guidelines.
Verify that all required parts and materials are available before starting assembly work.
Inspect work during and after assembly to ensure product quality and identify any defects or deviations.
Operate basic hand tools power tools and equipment safely and accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation complying with 5S and ESD protocols as required.
Collaborate with quality assurance engineering and production teams to resolve build issues and recommend process improvements.
Complete required documentation including checklists and production records accurately and timely.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training as needed.
Assist with companywide tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
02 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift to 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity to handle small components and operate equipment.
