What Youll Do:

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives from intake and market analysis through RFX execution supplier negotiations contracting and handoff for ongoing success

• Develop and execute category strategies and multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned to business priorities across retail operations and facilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs align on sourcing approaches and deliver measurable value

• Negotiate enterprise-level agreements including MSAs and statements of work ensuring optimal commercial and legal terms

• Leverage sourcing tools data and insights to identify savings opportunities manage risk and ensure process compliance

• Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships while supporting broader sourcing initiatives across the organization

What Youll Bring:

• 5 years of experience leading end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives ideally within retail operations facilities or services-based categories

• Proven ability to negotiate complex enterprise agreements and manage contracts through approval and execution

• Strong analytical and project management skills with experience using sourcing technologies and financial analysis tools

• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced evolving environment

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Operations or equivalent experience

What Youll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $135000.00- $148000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they willperform the employed in this position may also be eligible to earn job will be posted for a minimum offivedays.
