The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team driving revenue growth developing key client relationships and executing strategic sales initiatives within the automation and industrial solutions market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manage and motivate the automation sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
- Prepare sales forecasts budgets and performance reports
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored automation solutions
- Oversee pricing strategies tenders and contract negotiations
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer needs
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years management experience in a sales leadership role
- Proven background in automation industrial controls electrical or related technical sales
- Strong leadership coaching and team-development skills
- Solid understanding of automation products and solutions (PLCs SCADA drives instrumentation etc.)
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid drivers licence
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
