Job Description: RPA Automation Tester (UiPath)
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of overall IT experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking an RPA Automation Tester with working knowledge of UiPath to support testing and validation of RPA solutions. The role is suitable for candidates with general IT experience and basic exposure to testing who are comfortable validating automation workflows and collaborating with RPA developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Test and validate UiPath RPA workflows for expected functionality
Perform basic testing activities such as smoke sanity and regression testing
Execute test cases and report defects in coordination with the development team
Review automation process documents to understand business logic
Assist during UAT and post-deployment validation
Monitor bot runs and help analyze execution issues
Ensure automations meet basic quality and business requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4 years of overall IT experience
Working knowledge of UiPath (Studio exposure; Orchestrator basics preferred)
Basic understanding of software testing concepts
Exposure to testing or validating RPA or automation solutions
Comfortable working with Excel logs and simple reports
Good communication and coordination skills
