Job Summary
About the role:
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Officer who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support and loves to be part of an energetic tight-knit team.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in an inbound service role with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a fast-paced role which would suit someone that is organised and can multi-task and who enjoys building relationships with our customers and providing old fashioned service.
This role is based in our Reservoir office with free on-site parking. A full-time role from 8am - 4.06pm Monday- Friday (Hybrid with 2 days at home once full trained).
What youll be doing:
The first point of contact for all customer enquiries
Responding via email or phone with general queries related to products pricing and availability
Processing of customer orders
Work with internal departments to resolve customer order related issues
Liaise with suppliers to meet deadlines
Processing warranty claims
Provide assistance with any ad-hoc administrative and customer service duties
