In this role you will work at the intersection of IT HR and Finance where accurate Employee Master Data is essential for our business across countries and functions. You will enter a complex domain with a steep learning curve supported by experienced colleagues who are ready to share their knowledge and involve you from day one.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your graduate journey will take you from learning the basics to becoming a specialist within Employee Master Data. You will gain a deep understanding of systems processes and stakeholders.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Building strong knowledge of SAP HCM with focus on Employee Master Data to support and improve our solution
• Gaining deep knowledge of business processes with primary focus on the intersection of HR and Finance
• Bridging business requirements and IT solutions in close dialogue with stakeholders
• Contributing actively in a scrum team to secure continuous and reliable IT deliveries
• Supporting daily operations and ensuring stable and efficient system performance
• Taking ownership of tasks and gradually increasing responsibility as you develop

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has completed or is about to complete a Masters degree in or similar
• Is ready for a steep learning curve within a specialised domain
• Is motivated by deep diving into complex systems and processes
• Works independently is precise and takes ownership of tasks
• Has a natural ability to understand IT systems and technical landscapes
• Can translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
• Communicates confidently in English both written and spoken
