Job Summary

Main tasks:

Collection of documents and packages from customs
Delivery of packages and documents based on the bill to all departments
Preparation of ICO transport documents penitentiary external warehouse
Preparation of AWB transport documents for courier transports
Create UIT number for deliveryes
Daily delivery of sets of documents prepared by the documents clerk at Customer Logistics
Performs any other task assigned by the direct superior
Respect the working hours. Comply with the provisions of the Internal Order Regulation and the Collective Labor Agreement;
Comply with the work protection environmental and PSI instructions and carry out the related periodic training

Qualifications :

University studies in progress (bachelor/master);
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;
English language - intermediate/advanced level;
Communicative and detail-oriented person;
Willingness to work 8h/day morning schedule.
