Job Summary

  • Full-time Branch Manager role in our Leopold Branch
  • 5 days per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

The Hours

Join our team in this full-time role working 5 days per week Monday - Friday 8:45am 5:30pm.

In this role you will

  • Drive the overall performance of our busyLeopold Branch through coaching and mentoring leadership and direction
  • Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities
  • Deliver a brilliant consistent and engaging experience to our customers and partners; ensuring that your team understand the importance of seizing every opportunity to build customer advocacy
  • Ensuring that the standards procedures and systems set out at NAB remain in place across the branch
  • Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division
  • Lead with a growth mindset building a high-performing team while pro-actively acquiring and expanding customer relationships

What youll bring

  • Minimum 3 years experience in leadership roles with the ability to inspire and influence others experience in Retail Banking will be highly regarded
  • A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality with the will to go the extra mile
  • An ability to work collaboratively as a team and resilience self-motivation and energy to create our signature customer experience
  • A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately
  • An appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers
