We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to support our fast-paced FMCG operations. The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities ensuring timely hiring for open roles and supporting workforce planning across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and business support roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to support workforce planning and staffing needs.
- Source screen interview and assess candidates to recommend suitable talent.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities to ensure a smooth employee integration.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records candidate databases and hiring documentation.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws company policies and best practices.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 23 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment preferably within QSR FMCG or a high-volume operational environment.
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems.
