GHDs Maritime and Materials Technology team is renowned for being industry leaders respected for our professional approach and integrity. Our team delivers professional services in the areas of Marine Coastal and Remediation Engineering. Were expanding and looking for an experienced Senior Maritime and Coastal Design Technician to support the delivery of complex local and international projects.

The role

You will coordinate 3D model development and documentation ensure compliance with GHD BIM standards and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver highquality project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Implementing and administering GHDs BIM standards on all projects
• QA checks on designs/ documentation prepared to GHD standards to meet client expectations
• Implementing Project Documentation Plans and any project BIM management or execution plans
• Participating in day-to-day project documentation and modelling tasks
• Work as part of an integrated local and international team on projects located both within the Philippines and globally.
• Coordinating and delivering integrated project models using Revit 12D and/or Civil 3D AutoCAD Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) 12D Synergy and Navisworks.
• Accountable for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all models and project deliverables
• Coordinating designs with building services architecture and other engineering disciplines
• Mentoring peers
• Providing technical advice
• Collaboration and liaison withother engineering teams & groupsto ensure all design elements are considered

What you will bring

• A proven track record in coordination and management of Information Models for multidisciplinary projects on time and within budget
• Advanced skills in Revit Navisworks and associated coordination packages
• Personal performance in terms of chargeable time targets and job management performance
• Significant BIM skills together with exceptional drafting and design skills (prior BIM coordination experience is a plus)
• Ability to work independently delivering accurate models structural details and coordinated drawings
• Minimum of 7 years experience (prior Maritime and Coastal experience is a plus)
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• A desire to act as a mentor and assist with the development & coaching of other staff
• Sound knowledge of applicable local codes & standards
• A flair for managing project deliverables and the ability to work well with people at all levels
• College diploma or equivalent qualification/experience
• Experience with Autodesk Revit is essential
• Experience with 12D model and/or Civil 3D preferable
