Staff Engineer – Core Technology

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled SoftwareEngineer who will design build and maintain internaltoolsand infrastructurethat enable teamsacross the organization to deliver software efficiently. In this role you will focus oncode quality architecture decisions and creatingreliable scalable systemswhile leveraging AI tools to enhance developerproductivity. You will verify and review AI-generated code to ensure it meets ourquality standards.

You will build and maintain foundational servicesand tooling that serve multiple business units. Yourfocus will be on creatingtheshared infrastructure APIs and developerexperiencesthat product teams rely on to build and ship software. Youwill reducefriction improve deployment pipelines and enable self-service capabilities across the organization.

As part of anenablingteam you will identify common patterns and pain points across product teams and build generalized solutions that scale. You will createreusable components and tooling that accelerate delivery across multiple teams.

This role encompasses multi-teaminitiatives with organizational impact. You will setown direction within broader strategic goals influencemultiple teams and be recognized as adomain expert in developertooling and infrastructure.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivery:Lead technical delivery of complex infrastructure and platform projects across multiple teams unblock others through hands-on contributions and ensure engineering quality

• AI:Design AI-augmented engineering workflows for your area evaluate new AI tools train engineers on effective AI usage and balance speed with verification

Practical and demonstrable experience of building platforms and apps with multiple of the following technologies AWS N8N Cloudflare Supabase NextJS Terraform.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field with 6 years of relevant experience.
