Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $37500 - $43500 per year
Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Check-in Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key point of contact for our guests you will play an essential role in ensuring they receive a warm welcome and smooth check-in experience upon arrival. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in process efficiently and accurately ensuring all reservations are verified.
- Assist guests with any special requests or inquiries they may have during check-in.
- Provide information about hotel amenities services and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the readiness of rooms.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to hotel management.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage check-in procedures accurately.
