Foundation Medical Partners our multi-specialty group spans 70 practices across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts providing coordinated patient-centered care to thousands each year. Among these services Southern New Hampshire Diabetes and Endocrinology offers expert care for patients managing diabetes thyroid disorders and other endocrine conditions with a focus on education prevention and long-term wellness.

About the Job:
We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for patients and visitors while supporting the daily operations of our medical practice.

What Youll Do:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors

  • Schedule appointments and verify insurance information

  • Manage patient check-in/check-out and collect co-pays

  • Answer phones and route calls appropriately

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

  • Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care and office operations

Who You Are / Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a medical office or customer service setting preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus

  • Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered service
