About the Fabrication Role
The Fabrication department is where the beef carcass is broken down into primals sub primals and boxed product. Employees work in a cold environment typically 3240F and perform precise cutting trimming weighing and packaging tasks.

Principal Accountabilities
- Breaking down carcasses into smaller cuts using knives saws or other tools
- Trimming fat bone and defects to meet customer specifications
- Weighing labeling bagging packing and boxing finished product
- Working in a cold environment for the entire shift
- Ensuring all food safety and quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Meat cutting butcher or knife-handling experience
- Experience in food manufacturing or similar settings
- Ability to work in cold or refrigerated environments
