Job Summary
Womans Hospitals Non-Clinical Summer Internship Program offers college students a structured project-based experience within a healthcare environment. Interns are assigned to a specific department and work on meaningful initiatives that support hospital operations while gaining professional experience mentorship and exposure to non-clinical healthcare careers. Womans Hospital is the largest specialty hospital for women and infants in the region and is committed to developing future talent through hands-on learning and service excellence.
The Finance/Accounting Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting a broad range of financial and administrative functions within Womans Hospital. This role focuses on meaningful project-based work and provides exposure to finance accounting payroll patient accounting/billing and health information management. The intern will work closely with Finance and Accounting leadership and cross-functional teams to support reporting analysis documentation and process improvement initiatives gaining insight into the financial operations of a healthcare organization.
Application Requirements & Timeline:
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program relevant to the internship discipline (Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field).
- Applicants must be available to participate in the full internship program during the designated summer session (June 1 - July 31 2026).

Compensation/Hours:
- $15/hour
- Interns will work a minimum of 24 hours per week; schedule will be coordinated with department leadership
