Job Summary
What youll do
Support private equity funds strategic investors as well as corporate clients along the full investment life cycle
Undertake commercial due diligence (both buy- and sell-side) and post-deal value creation work for a broad range of investors but with a primary focus on mid-large cap PE and Infrastructure funds
Join a UK TIS team that will proactively help you with your long-term career development and planning; our UK TIS Partner and Principal team is entirely home grown
Qualifications :
What were looking for
Essential
- 2-5 years of prior consulting experience working specifically on due diligence and private equity ealue creation engagements
- Best-in-class communication skills
- Ability to distil complex analysis into clear actionable insights for private equity clients
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Word
- A collaborative team-oriented mindset
