The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Be a Safety Leader within Jetstars CAMO.
- Demonstrate commitment and leadership to OHS by participating in meetings inspections promotions and other appropriate activities Encourage and promote the involvement of all employees in achieving a safe and healthy workplace.
- Comply with all Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities Authorities & Accountability as detailed in Jetstars Policies and Procedures.
- Comply with all responsibilities authorities and accountability as required by the Group management system standard and associated policies.
- Ensure any missing Technical/Flight Technical and Flight Logs are expedited daily.
- Assisting the Team Leader in collating data for reports as required.
- Perform regular internal QA audits of Technical Records entered into TRAX.
- Escalate complex issues which impact on the completion of component changes.
- Monitor the Pending Technical Records report and ensure component changes are expedited within the required 7 day KPI.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate & negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Departmental processes and procedures.
- Process driven with experience in constructing new processs to deliver business goals.
- Highly motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
- Able to build effective working relationships enjoy working in a team.
- Proven problem solving skills.
