We are looking for a commercially driven Multi-Property Revenue Manager to join our dynamic Revenue this role you will be responsible for driving revenue performance across a portfolio of sub Saharan African properties ensuring optimal pricing distribution and demand strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective multi-property revenue strategies to maximise RevPAR ADR and overall profitability
Analyse market trends demand patterns competitor pricing and booking behaviour to support data-driven decision-making
Manage pricing inventory and distribution strategies across all channels (OTAs direct wholesale corporate MICE)
Partner closely with General Managers Sales Marketing and Finance teams to align commercial strategies
Prepare and present regular revenue forecasts budgets and performance reports
Optimise use of revenue management systems and tools to ensure accuracy and consistency
Support new initiatives and promotions
Ensure revenue strategies are aligned with brand standards and regional objectives
Qualifications :
Key Requirements
Minimum 35 years experience in a Revenue Management role preferably within hospitality and multi-property environments
Strong understanding of Southern African markets (experience in Zambia or similar regions will be an advantage)
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and commercial performance
Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel and revenue system capability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple properties remotely
