Job Summary
- All legal compliances and HSE compliances
- CIP activities in EPM to lead towards zero defect
- Quality System management
- Q circle implementation
- Implementation of BPS activities like system CIP Point CIP 15Q etc.
- Responsible for all Audit & its observations closure
- Customer inspection & its compliances
- Update PFMEA CP and WI according to customer complaint & Q table errors
- Responsible for IFK EFK & O tech PPM EOL as per Q KPI
Qualifications :
1 Job Title / Designation: Manager/Deputy Manager
2 Location: AhmP Sanand
3 Essential Educational Qualification: B.E Mechanical
4 Preferred Educational Qualification (Certification):Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Lead Auditor.
5 No. of years of Experience required: 12-20 years
Candidates from hydraulic (especially ETO) Automotive precision manufacturingheavy engineering are preferred.
Additional Information :
- Quality Function Experience of 12-20 years
- Knowledge of Hydraulic components & their function
- Hands-on experience in customer complaint handling and audit management
- Proficiency in problem solving tools (8D 5 Why Fishbone PDCA)
- Leadership communication and cross functional collaboration.
