Job Summary
- Manage network services to meet defined SLAs/OLAs
- Coordinate with external service providers as required
- Monitor and maintain the stability of the network infrastructure
- Perform incident and change management activities
- Document network infrastructure processes and operational procedures
- Provide 247 on-call support as part of a rotation
- Implement new network services/systems where required
- Report on network service performance and availability
- Conduct capacity planning for network resources
- Apply ITIL-based processes to the network environment
- Develop and deliver customer-oriented services
- Organize trainings and workshops on network-related topics
- Support the implementation of the companys IT security policies within the teams scope
- Define security concepts for network services in collaboration with the Cyber Security team
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a firewall administrator and network engineer ideally in a multinational environment
- Certifications: CCNA (or equivalent)
- Proven ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Strong skills in preparing and executing changes with accuracy and reliability
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities in network services and processes
- Self-driven able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Experienced in collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams
