Job Summary
Join our Infrastructure team as a Senior Civil 3D CAD Designer. Youll also be supporting team members in responding to requests to produce plans and drawings for large-scale civil engineering road engineering and infrastructure projects. If youre detail-oriented want to work on challenging projects and be part of an experienced team weve got a job for you. You will work with engineers to produce plans and schematics and performs certain basic calculations. The person sought for this position must hold a relevant vocational or college diploma and be familiar with drawing software. Finally our flexible hybrid work mode will enable you to combine face-to-face work at our Montreal office with work from home.
Primary Responsibilities
Participate in the design and production of plans and profiles using AutoCAD / Civil 3D tools
3D modeling quantity calculation and design optimization
Assist the project team in the design of drinking water sewer and urban technical networks
Ensure plans comply with current guidelines specifications codes and regulations
Participate in continuous improvement of work methods and processes
Qualifications :
- DEP in drafting DEC in civil engineering or equivalent
- Minimum ten (10) years experience
- Excellent command of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Valid drivers license
