Today our Billing team is running the operational Billing for the majority of our Daily Banking fees for Private Individuals Business Banking and Wholesale Banking. With more than 800 mio in fees yearly it is a SOX critical process.
Over the past few years we have been migrating our Billing engine to our global Product Pricing & Billing solution EPOS. This is a cloud based solution that we procured from our supplier Zafin in Canada. With the migration completed we can now focus on onboarding new products and support new propositions such as Subscription Strategy. Enabling a good better best like package proposition to service our PI and BB customers with tailored and correct fees banking and also non-banking products and services.
EPOS is a global standard. Therefore the platform is the target for product pricing and billing related use cases and solutions for all ING entities. Today EPOS is servicing Netherlands Belgium and Australia but the demand is growing tremendously. Next to supporting new onboarding countries we need to keep improving our service offering. Today our product & pricing is ready for global consumption our Billing capabilities not yet. We need to productize our Billing offering by connecting to the global invoicing platform connecting to the global order manager and integrate with Datalake for Finance and reporting purposes.
To optimise our global Billing offering and run our Billing flawlessly we are looking for a strong principle CJE.
