Position Summary
A Senior Talent Reward Consultant provides expert advisory services to multiple client organizations helping them design implement and optimize compensation and benefits strategies that attract retain and motivate talent. This role requires a blend of strategic consulting project management and deep analytical expertise with a strong focus on client engagement and delivering tailored solutions.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on total rewards frameworks compensation structures incentive plans and benefits programs.
  • Lead and manage multiple client projects ensuring timely delivery of high-quality compensation and reward solutions.
  • Design benchmark and refine compensation and benefits programs tailored to client needs and aligned with market trends.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and salary benchmarking using external data and proprietary tools.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends gaps and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver clear compelling reports presentations and dashboards to support client decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance pay equity and governance best practices.
  • Mentor junior consultants and analysts fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Finance Economics or related field.
  • Experience:35 years in the consulting industry.

General and Technical Skills:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and data manipulation skills to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful trends.
  • Compensation and Benefits Knowledge: Deep understanding of compensation structures remuneration policies and HR laws.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling complex data.
  • Problem-Solving: Flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: High respect for data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Other Requirements:

  • Completion of GRP courses is advantageous.
