About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Regional Opertions Manager Retirement Living to lead a portfolio of Retirement Villages and inspire high-performing Village Managers across Victoria and Tasmania.
In this senior leadership role youll drive operational excellence build leadership and financial capability ensure legislative compliance and partner closely with Sales to boost occupancy and customer outcomes. Youll also play a key role in new village developments from feasibility through to commissioning.

Youre a confident values-driven leader with a strong background in Retirement Living or a related sector. You balance commercial acumen with empathy and youre passionate about developing people improving systems and creating communities where residents feel heard and supported.
