Your role as Branch Manager will be responsible for building the strategic plan to gain market share for the localised area. It is an all-rounder role with a broad range of leadership commercial and operational responsibilities and accountabilities.

In this dynamic and high-impact role youll make your mark by:

Coaching and developing competencies in your team. With a focus on continuous improvement youll proactively work with your team to help them achieve their performance and career development goals
Prioritising business performance through tracking KPIs reporting creating strategic plans
Leading by example. Youll prioritise the customer experience and arent afraid to step in wherever the branch needs you

This is a Permanent Full-time position located in Sale.

What youll bring to the role

To succeed in this role youll drive the branchs growth through leadership team coaching and business development. Wed love you to have:

People leadership with the ability to develop coach and manage staff performance
Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business
Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential)
Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations
Understanding of financial management business acumen and risk framework
The ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance
High level of understanding of lending products policies and regulations
Knowledge of retail branch operations
