Work Model:Hybrid after 90 days onsite
Schedule:Full time salaried
Compensation:70943 to 88678 base plus annual bonus
Overview
Our client is seeking a Mortgage Compliance Officer to support and maintain compliance across all mortgage lending activities. This role partners closely with compliance leadership and mortgage originators to ensure adherence to federal state and local regulations while supporting ongoing growth and regulatory change.
Responsibilities
Support the mortgage compliance program and regulatory adherence
Monitor and interpret new and existing mortgage regulations
Review mortgage forms disclosures and documentation for compliance
Conduct compliance quality control reviews and support corrective actions
Provide compliance guidance to mortgage staff and leadership
Assist with regulatory reporting and exam readiness
Participate in development of new mortgage products and processes
Qualifications
5 plus years of mortgage compliance experience
Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations
Experience supporting compliance programs in financial services
Ability to analyze regulations and translate into operational guidance
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
Must be able to pass an extensive criminal and credit check.
