Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Specialists to support a short-term manufacturing project in this role you will be responsible for assembling testing packaging and shipping industrial technology products while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble test package and prepare products for shipment
Inspect purchased parts materials components and equipment
Follow written and verbal instructions during the production process
Work from engineering drawings sketches data sheets and specifications
Safely operate a variety of machines and hand tools
Manufacture or refurbish products to quality standards using hand tools fixtures and fastening equipment
Operate and make minor adjustments to equipment or automated stations
Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machines
Pack and ship finished products
Process transactions in SAP/ERP software
Produce and inspect labeling for accuracy
Collaborate effectively in a team environment
Participate in team meetings and training
Provide ideas for process and product improvements
Seek and participate in cross-training opportunities

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift carry and move up to 50 lbs regularly
Ascend and descend mobile steps and ladders
Stand or sit for extended periods depending on tasks
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks
Use basic hand tools including screwdrivers wrenches and pliers

Requirements:

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
Strong attention to detail and quality
Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Must successfully complete a pre-employment assessment drug screen and background check
