What youll be doing

• Leading and supporting the bar team ensuring smooth efficient and friendly service
• Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard including wines cocktails beers and soft drinks
• Creating a welcoming relaxed atmosphere at the bar for every guest
• Training and coaching bar staff in drinks knowledge upselling and guest engagement
• Managing bar stock ordering and deliveries to maintain a well-organised bar
• Sharing knowledge of our drinks menu wines and daily specials with the team and guests
• Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with licensing health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Collaborating with the restaurant and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service flow

What were looking for

• Previous bar experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of drinks wines and cocktails with the ability to train others
• Excellent communication and leadership skills inspiring a team to deliver exceptional service
• A friendly positive attitude and genuine love of hospitality
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment
• Great attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Reliable team-focused and proactive approach
