The position
As a People Manager you will:
- Lead the operation management of a portfolio of IT systems ensuring alignment with business owners product managers and vendors.
- Oversee systems such as Degreed Perceptyx EHS Permit Vision Safety Engine and other critical platforms in the Global People Organization & Corporate Affairs portfolio
- Manage peoples responsibilities including hiring onboarding talent retention coaching mentoring and fostering an agile DevOps mindset.
- Drive rewards and performance management budgeting and cross-organizational knowledge sharing.
- Support transformation and transition initiatives ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Facilitate communication and stakeholder interaction across global locations including Denmark the US and India.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and innovation in IT systems management.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Masters or Graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering Economics Computer Science Business Administration)
- 10 years of experience in IT with a minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience in managing Business critical systems/ cloud- based applications
- We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and vendor management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to build personal and professional competencies
- An inclusive mindset and respect for diversity.

About Company
You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
