Customer Service Representative Sun & Gio Insurance
Were looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Sun & Gio Insurance team in Toowoomba as a Sun & Gio Specialist. This role is ideal for people who enjoy helping customers solving problems and delivering great service over the phone. No insurance experience is required full training and ongoing support are provided from day one.

About the Role
Youll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers providing friendly knowledgeable support via inbound calls. Your focus will be on service problem-solving and building confidence with customers with opportunities to learn insurance fundamentals over time.
Shift Pattern
This role is a full-time role offering:
- Option 1: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Start window: 8:00am 10:00am - Option 2: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Start window: 10:00am 11:00am
Please note: Start window means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.
What Youll Be Doing
As an Sun & Gio Specialist youll:
- Support customers with their insurance needs via phone
- Provide clear helpful solutions tailored to each customer
- Build strong relationships through great service
- Achieve service and sales targets with customer satisfaction at the core
- Resolve enquiries efficiently and confidently

Training Period
- Our success starts with investing in your growth. Youll complete a 7week full-time paid training program held at our Toowoomba office equipping you with everything you need to succeed in the role.
- Please note: Youll be required to work full-time from our Toowoomba office during the training period. Once complete youll move to your selected shift pattern and transition to our flexible hybrid working model.
