Our client is seeking a dedicated and inspiring English Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in York recognised for its strong academic performance supportive leadership and positive learning culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for an English Teacher to become part of a collaborative and academically focused English Department where literacy critical thinking and communication are at the heart of the curriculum. The successful candidate will teach English Language and Literature across KS3KS4 with opportunities to contribute to KS5 for suitably experienced teachers.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified English Teacher with strong curriculum knowledge
Passionate about literature language and student progress
Ability to teach English across KS3KS4 (KS5 desirable)
QTS PGCE or equivalent
Commitment to raising attainment and inclusive teaching
Eligibility to work in the UK
