Full-time Senior Caretaker / Site Manager

Large secondary school with modern facilities
This role is ideal for a caretaker or site manager with strong organisational skills who can take ownership of site operations and support the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for site safety and security
Supervision of caretaking and cleaning staff
Management of maintenance schedules and compliance checks
Monitoring contractors and site projects
Ensuring statutory health & safety requirements are met
Supporting school events and lettings
Person Specification
Proven experience in a senior caretaking or site role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations
Flexible approach to working hours
Eligibility to work in the UK
