- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and provide detailed professional estimates
- Present our services and value proposition to decision-makers emphasizing quality reliability and ROI
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking referrals and strategic outreach
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Attend local business events trade shows and networking functions to expand our commercial presence
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and project handoff
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (construction facilities services or commercial services preferred)
- Proven track record of building client relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value and ROI
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Professional demeanor and appearance for client-facing interactions
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
