Location: Litchfield County CT
Position Type: Flexible / Part-Time or Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a Flexible Security Officer to support multiple locations throughout the Litchfield County. This role requires a dependable and adaptable individual who can quickly adjust to changing schedules and site needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients employees and visitors
- Perform routine patrols and site inspections
- Monitor access control and respond to security incidents
- Follow established security procedures and report all activity accurately
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the organization professionally
Requirements
- Flexible availability; must be able to work 2 different shifts as needed
- Strong communication and situational awareness
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation to travel between sites in Northern Fairfield County
- Prior security experience is preferred but not required (can edit based on your needs)
